What is a Monogram?

Monograms are the three letters that are your initials. There isn't a right or wrong way to monogram the order of the initials. The most common examples are shown below.

 

The most common for a single lady is “first”, “last”, “middle”: 

Ann Marie Brown  -- ABM

 

The most common for a man is straight order:  Paul Michel Smith – PMS.

For diamond or round monograms, “first”, “last”, “middle” is very acceptable.

 

Combined for couples example: Phillip and Stacey Johanson – PJS

 

How is my order shipped?

In order to keep shipping costs low, I prefer to use Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. If you need an order shipped very quickly, I will gladly ship via UPS or FedEx. Just specify your preference when you place your order.

 

When will I get my order?

Depending upon the personalization, I try to complete orders and mail within 5 business days. Post Office shipping  time varies from 2-6 days depending upon your location.

 

Rush orders are on a case by case basis. Typically there is a 20% additional charge of the sales price for a rush item. Holidays are peak times! – please call or email with your request and I will let you know immediately if I can accommodate.

Returns

If an item is defective or misspelled (my mistake), I will exchange the unworn/unused item at no charge.
